Open Mic, Etiquette & Entrepreneurship

Here are two great program offerings in PGCo: one is strictly for youth, the other covers you if you’re 7 or 107.
The PR & Protocol Group and The Magic Johnson Community Empowerment Center offer programs and seminars expressly designed to better our citizens and invest in the future of Prince George’s County residents.  Open to all but lovingly extended to you first through PGC Blog.
Etiquette & Entrepreneurship
Funky Fridays is held at in Bladensburg, MD, 6001 Logan Way.  The weekly Friday program takes place from 10:00am to 8:00pm.  Register your youngsters to participate in spoken word coaching from the DC Youth Poetry Slam Team, entrepreneurship seminar from Baron Howard of Entrepreneurs Success Builders Network, and from 6-8pm, there’s an open mic where participants  show off their artistic skills, be that music, dance, poetry, juggling, whatever)  To register, contact Sonia Keiner (301) 864-8888; KeinerS@RichManMgt.com.
Mrs. Public Relations, Barbara Holt-Streeter, and the PR & Protocol Group are offering a Etiquette and Empowerment Camp for the Miss, Ms. and Mrs.  It takes place July 23rd – July 27th.  Space is LIMITED.  So contact them ASAP to register.  Sessions include everything from social graces for formal dining to public speaking, social media, phone etiquette, fashion and style.  Registration cost is nominal ($50+) for the wealth of information.  Venue is 337 Brightseat Road, Suite 220, Landover, MD. Invest in yourself!  Contact Barbara Holt-Streeter at (240) 882-8544 or mrsprprotocol@gmail.com, or visit the website HERE.
