I am always thinking that PGCo is in the most dire situation but looka here.

County Executive Baker is banking on this $50 million development fund to help keep businesses in the County and generate interest from the business community.  It’s just good to see compromise with the oversight and some progress.

Maryland Transportation Authority has approved toll increases for some major bridges and roads.  Most changes take effect Nov. 1st.  ICC Connector, Lane Bridge (US 50/301) toll goes from $2.50 to $4.00. Get an E-Z pass because that price didn’t change.

Capital One, based in McLean, VA, will hire an additional 1,800 people before year’s end
